Following recent legal challenges to Universal Credit, we are bringing compensation claims for people who migrated to Universal Credit before 16th January 2019 and have lost their severe disability premium.

The removal of the severe disability premium has been confirmed by the courts to be unlawful, and as a result, we are bringing claims (on a no-win, no-fee basis) against the Department of Work and Pensions.
