Among other things: • Hopper repeatedly made representations in marketing and advertising materials promising “no hidden fees.” However, the Hopper app pre-selected what Hopper represented to be optional “Tip” and “VIP Support” fees and made it intentionally difficult for consumers to even notice that the fees were being charged until after the transaction had already been completed.
