The amount each person receives depends on the number of weeks they worked as a nonexempt, hourly employee at CertainTeed Gypsum Manufacturing Inc. in Washington during the class period compared to the total number of weeks all class members worked.The settlement administrator will split the payment 50% as wages (reported on a W-2) and 50% as nonwage damages, penalties and interest (reported on a 1099).
