Who can file a claim?The settlement class includes all individuals who purchased or used a SpeedControl Dial between April 1, 2022, and July 1, 2026, including those who received a notice of the settlement by email or mail.How much can class members receive?The settlement provides two types of awards for eligible class members:Cash benefit: Every eligible class member who submits a valid claim is entitled to a cash payment. The exact amount will depend on the total number of valid claims and the net settlement fund remaining after deductions for settlement administration costs, attorneys' fees and costs, and service awards to the class representatives.Repair/replacement reimbursement: Class members who incurred out-of-pocket expenses to repair or replace a SpeedControl Dial during the class period may receive reimbursement up to $1,000 per claim with a total cap of $100,000 for all such reimbursements. If the total valid claims for reimbursement exceed $100,000, the settlement administrator will reduce payments proportionally.
