Who can file a claim?Class members must meet all of the following criteria:They purchased a Bestway-branded above-ground pool that is 48 inches or taller in height.The pool must have compression straps located outside of the support poles.They purchased the pool before May 4, 2026.They purchased the pool in the United States, its territories or the District of Columbia.The purchased the pool for personal use and not for resale.They purchased the pool new from a retailer and not secondhand.Eligible pool brands include Power Steel, Steel Pro and Coleman Power Steel models.Only one claim is allowed per household, which the settlement defines as all persons sharing the same residential address.How much can class members get?Class members who submit a valid and timely claim may receive a cash payment.
