The plaintiffs claim the company collected, stored, disclosed and profited from individuals’ biometric facial geometry through the Skin360 platform without providing required written disclosures or obtaining written consent. Who can file a claim for a Neutrogena payout?Class members must meet the following criteria:They performed a Skin360 skin assessment by scanning their face using any version of Skin360, including Neutrogena Skin360 and NeoStrata Skin360.They completed the assessment using a mobile app or website.They completed the assessment in Illinois between Dec. 9, 2019, and May 5, 2023.How much are settlement payments?Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata share of the net settlement fund. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of valid claims submitted.
