The complaint alleges that these companies sent unsolicited fax advertisements in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Who can file a claim for a TCPA payout?Class members must meet the following criteria:They were successfully sent a fax on or about Feb. 7, 2020.The fax was titled “Medical Record Review of the Impact of Adverse Events Associated with the Use of Current anti-Parkinson’s Disease Medications on Patient Clinical Therapeutics and Outcomes Trajectories in the U.S.”The fax offered an honorarium of $250 per eligible patient.How much are settlement payments?Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment of up to $250.
