Who can file a claim for a MyChart privacy settlement payout?Class members are individuals who accessed the MyChart patient portal on the Cone Health website or completed a submission form on any Cone Health or Cone Memorial Hospital website any time between Sept. 1, 2016, and Nov. 3, 2022.How much are settlement payments?Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment from the net settlement fund.
