Who can file a claim for a CVS Pharmacy privacy payout?Class members are individuals who accessed any CVS digital property in the United States prior to July 27, 2026. This includes, but is not limited to, the CVS website, CVSHealth.com, and the CVS app.How much are settlement payments?The following cash payment benefits are available:With documentation: Class members who provide proof of membership in the settlement class can submit a claim to receive a cash payment of up to $10. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of claims filed.Without documentation: Class members without proof of membership in the settlement class can submit a claim to receive a cash payment of up to $5. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of claims filed.The settlement allows only one claim per household regardless of how many individuals in the household accessed CVS digital properties.
