The lawsuit claims unauthorized individuals accessed sensitive information, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or state-issued ID numbers, financial account details, treatment and diagnosis information, patient identification numbers, and health insurance or payment information.Who can file a claim?Class members must meet the following criteria:They are a United States resident.The Coleman Professional Services data incident that occurred between Sept. 18 and Oct. 31, 2023, potentially compromised their private information.They received direct notice of the data incident from Coleman Professional Services Inc.The settlement administrator will verify all claims.How much can class members get?Reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses: Up to $5,000 per person for losses or expenses incurred on or after September 2023 that are fairly traceable to the data incident.
